I have gotten that same shapewear from TJMaxx and I LOVE it. I use it when I wear high-wasted things or tighter dresses for special occasions. I know there is a degree of stigma against spanks, but I heard on Fashion Police (E) that even celebrities where spanks to smooth everything out and look as good as possible.

I have a similar goal. I would like to be 140 and I have never been that small. You can add me if you would like--its not easy to do this alone at all!! Plus, I know what its like to compete with men--my bf puts absolutly no effort into his eating habits and he has been the same weight since his freshman year of college.
