Do you see and track everything she eats and all of the physical movement she does? I'm willing to bet that you burn more calories in a day than she does. Your TDEE is all determined by your body mass and how much you move. Also she's underweight. That's not a good thing

Yeaaah no. I've lost 88 pounds and I don't exercise. So clearly that's not the case.

I'm already about 13 pounds past my initial goal weight (145) and plan to lose a few more. My goal changed when I reached it and saw I still had some work to do. But my calories have increased a bit within the last 3 pounds or so.

85ish pounds. Not sure since when. Lost 60 since May of last year and lost another 25 within the previous year or two. From 220 to 135ish.

No one gives a crap if you abstain from eating it yourself. But throwing away food that a coworker was nice enough to bring in is pretty silly. Could have burned a few extra calories by returning to where the cake was and putting the slice back for someone else to enjoy. LOL

Sorry to burst your bubble, but there's such a thing as moderation and a normal weight person who eats healthily the majority of the time is hardly engaging in "bad behavior" by having a slice of cheesecake. As long as a treat fits into my macros and calorie goal I have no problem indulging. :)

Looking at your diary, you're probably not logging accurately. Make sure you're weighing your food and counting everything. Anyway, I've lost 70+ pounds overall and ~50 in the last 6 months. You can do it! :)

5c/30p/65f 2nd on wishing we could set our goals to grams. My MFP says 15 net carbs but I aim for less than 20.

There's a Chick-Fil-A right next to the Sports Arena, but Chick-Fil-A sucks. :tongue: I've never had a problem finding low calorie salads here. Don't use the dressing (usually the calorie downfall) and pass on the croutons, etc.

22.5" thigh 16" calf as of 8/28 I weighed 171.4 that day and I'm 5'8". No clue on BF%. I have quite a bit of loose skin on my thighs so I think that's effecting it a bit.

First: Breasts and butt Last: Stomach and face I would be so happy if I could just switch those around... I noticed I lost a lot of weight from my back quickly as well.
