Ultimate Refresh? Scam or Not?

Can somebody tell me what the "Ultimate Refresh" or "Ultimate Reset" is? It's not something I'm doing or that I'm interested in doing. But I have a family member that's doing it. And I can't get an answer that makes sense from them as to what it is. It sounds like a scam fad diet to me… but I could be wrong. Can anyone enlighten me?

    Reading the site briefly, it seems to be a cleanse/detox, all of which are total crap.
