How are your clothes feeling? Have you taken measurements? Perhaps you are adding muscle with your workouts and losing inches, but not weight. I was always told to go by how toned you are as muscle weighs more than fat. I am not sure but wanted to add something as I wasn't losing weight but my clothes are much looser.

Must be the time of year? LOL I haven't seen a decrease either. Home early today from work, but have a meeting at 6pm. :( Had something planned but when you work for a non profit and a group calls and says they want to give you some money you make time to go if at all possible!

What a beautiful Sunday! Currently it's 86, but no humidity! Planning on some ribs on the barbie later so have been extra careful throughout the day so I can splurge a little! :happy: Going to look at a used treadmill later! I can do this this time!
