Hi all. When you exercise to you track calories, time or distance. I was doing time, but as I loose weight :love: the calories burned are going down (naturally). So, would you up the time to burn more? I only have so much time in the day. I have increased the intensity and that has helped a bit. Any advice would be…

Hi all, just needed to say hi and vent a little. I haven't felt too good today, tummy troubles, so my workout was cut short by 20 minutes. I think the tummy trouble just might be stress. Hi all, I have a simple question. Sometimes I have a meal, like today at a business luncheon that ate up more calories than I wanted. I really want to munch on something, but need to know what you would do? I a few calories left for the day - 113, so what would you suggest? Thanks!

Hi there. I am 59, 5"3" and have 85 lbs. to loose. :( I have never been a normal weight (except maybe when born!), and hope that I can finally do this for me!
