I struggled to lose about 15 pounds before using this site. I would lose some and gain more back. eventually I got down 15 pounds and my goal was to lose 22 more. When I started using this site, it made it so easy to continue. I've lost weight consistently and I'm less than a 1/2 pound from my goal.

I was in the same boat. But after I did a little bit of Google research on sugar, I found that sugar from fruit and veggies is really different then cane sugar, or processed sugar. I started drinking a lot of blended fruit and veggie smoothies and my sugar intake went way up. But it hasn't had any negative effect on me.

I noticed that it's about the same cost. I hit up a farmers market a couple of weeks ago and I left everything in the car for about 1 hour. when I got home, some of the fruit was mushy. I would think that after a few hours it would all get mushy. maybe taking an ice chest would help.

My son and I use an iphone app called 100 pushups. it's also a website. it starts you out where ever you are able to start and if you follow the exercise plan it's supposed to take you to being able to do 100 pushups. It's a really good tool for pushups.

don't cut fruits and veggies. cut all bread, pasta, rice, and refined sugars. anything that's already been prepared to some degree, is the bad carbs. fresh fruits and veggies are still ok. don't get fruit juices that are packaged. get a juicer and make green smoothies.
