Wow that's great progress! Congrats! I also joined in July (but only for two weeks) I lost 7Ibs doing cardio and lifting weights. Which, is too much weight lost too fast I think. I totally agree with you. MFP doesn't give the calorie approximation for strength training. Which is weird for me because I lift 3 times a week :(
