I live in the country and people do occasionally run/jog past our house. My dog has been known to follow/chase them. MFP is the best thing I could have done. I started in January and had lost 30 pounds until I hit a plateau in Aug and have been stuck on the scale since...BUT!!!!! I've lost inches! So make sure you measure yourself and take pictures. Because when the scale stops you need to keep going and so will the inches! Good Luck.…

Try this...Lay flat on a harder surface, turn your head as far to the left as you can, hold for 20 seconds then slowly turn it to the right as far as it will go, again hold for 20 seconds, return to looking straight up for a minute, stand up slowly...Hope that helps...sometimes does the trick. You mentioned weight training and JM 30DS...I don't consider that as weight training..Up you weights. That should help tone and shape a little bit more. But again, if you gain muscle the scale may go up..Good Luck.

My favorite is Dustin Mahers Fit Moms For Life. He does a bootcamp and also has different dvds. The kicker is..no size 4 models with tans!! Real moms do the dvd with him. I lost 30 pounds doing his dvd..until I plateaued. Good Luck.

Make sure you measure yourself...then when the scale is your enemy the tape measure can be your friend..Also recommend lifting weights. You need to use those muscles so they burn the fat. I was at a plateau for 7 weeks and now am just starting to lose again. Good Luck!
