This totally happened to me! I used to be a size 10 shoe- always, no exceptions. Now I'm a 9-9.5 depending on brand, and I know it's not the brands changing because my old size 10's are too big!

I have the best!! you just cut up a head of cauliflower into approximate bite sizes, put on a baking sheet and drizzle olive oil over it. When I was doing a low carb diet I included those bars, and if you're following atkins then you're fine (just don't eat too many sugar alcohols as it will make you gassy!). I completely agree!! Of course you should try to get nutritious foods in the mix, but if you have extra calories and want french bread then I say do it, otherwise you may feel deprived and eat nothing but french bread tomorrow:)

I totally do this too! It's too embarrassing to go back on it once you've said it out loud:), but it seriously helps to verbally say no.

So I was looking at your food diary, and you had yogurt.....not vegan. So many good vegan options out there to get your calories up, but if you're not really a vegan, and that's ok, then don't say you are and keep out some great foods for the sake of a "vegan" title.
