  • You can go to the cardio section of exercise tracking and it has a listing for strength training. Just put the amount of time you strength trained for and it will give you calories burned.
  • Carbs make you retain water. So what you lost when you cut out the carbs was, I'm sure, water weight and then when you ate the carb it caused a weight gain. Not real weight, just water.
