I weigh myself eveyday. And my emotions are set by the scale too. Its bad. But I also find it keeps me accountable. I think about stepping on the scale in the morning. Stops me from cheating. So its not all bad.

Usually the more sugar you have the more you crave. I would suggest cutting the sugar and replacing it with high protien snacks like nuts. Also limit your grains to complex ones.

Awesome...you give me hope. I started out almost the same weight as you. My current GW is 150 but honestly I'm affraid to set the number any lower cause I'm not sure I can do it. I mean you look GREAT. Really skinny. Great Job

We'll you definetly have to change something. I was eating all my calories that I earned from working out. I was not loosing then I stopped eating those calories and now I'm loosing. Maybe you are the opposite. Are you eating your workout calories. There also something called zig zagging. You gotta keep your body guessing…

Smaller meals but definetly protien. Almonds (not too many) and all nuts,egg,low fat cheeses,milk,yogurt, meat,beans...I try and incorporate protien into every meal. This will really help with the hunger. I am rarely ever hungry.
