From my understanding you have to lift weights to keep the muscle you already have. Not sure if you could build a whole lot of muscle with a calorie deficit but I could be wrong Whats wrong with loosing muscle? Muscle burns fat...You dont want to have less muscle...

I just finished a Daniel fast for 12 days. I lost 2 lbs. My only concern is that it may all be muscle because I was consuming such low amount of protien. I would say just do really well when you are eating and give your body what it needs

You know what? Dont let anyone judge you. You do what you need to do. I've had to do some crazy things to stay focused. If you do go definetly bring something healthy for everyone to share. Best to you and congrats so far

About 4 videos rotated 6 days a week. Then a week of "recovery video" Then a whole new set of videos for another month. So next week is my last week and then I guess my body will be shocked by next week

I think the first week you shocked your body. I am in the second week too and I go to the gym as well for at least an hour. I talked to a trainer at the gym and they said as long as I'm eating enough, getting enough protien and rest I should be fine. ' Are your calves killin you?

Yea I'm short 5'1" and my hubby is 5'10"....We think we got it working. He got 4 calories for 1 minute of jumping jacks. MFP gives me 9. Oh dear! That thing may have been overestimating everything. Or are mens heart rates lower. Its set up with my settings and he weighs more........mmmmmmmmmmm

I think you need to go easy on yourself. I know I'm on here TOO much but there have been times that you've stopped logging. So as one of your mfp friends I would say just be more consistent. That might help

Well I'm gonna use tough love. My in laws are EXCELLENT cooks. TONS of food AND variety. I'm still recovering from the weight I gained hanging out with them over the holiday. But I dont blame them. Its really sad that I gained weight during that time but they didnt force me to eat. You are not forcing your husband to eat…

I would definetly eat more protien. At least 100 grams a day. Try eating cleaner. No processed foods. And if you wanted more info on eating more food to loose you could search on the forums a bit and find PLENTY of info. But you do need to eat to loose
