I'm a stickler on the weight too but .8 lbs isnt too big of a difference. But if its gonna get to you pick one scale yours or theirs and use that number. It sounds like you are more comfortable weighing in at home which is understandable.

I make sure its in my calories. Sometimes I worry it will affect my weight loss but most of the time I realize it keeps me happy

I think it takes time. I've had 2 csecs workout 5x a week at least an hour, do spin,cardio machines,sculpting classes,zumba,and pilates and I dont like the way my stomach looks. I think thats fine. From what I understand you need a good protien and carb. But thats only for recovery so you wont be sore. If your workout is light you might not even need that

planks, but yea thats mostly strength....lots of cardio good diet and strength. I'm struggling with this too so we can encourage eachother. I do pilates too and I have a big stomach! My daughters a year old and people still ask if I'm pregnant. I REALLY have to exercise my patience.
