Well I had this problem and I stopped eating my exercise calories just to shock my body. I lost almost 3 lbs that week but now I'm back to 1 lb a week. You can look at my journal if you want. High protien, nuts, eggs, lean meats, beans. WATER WATER WATER...And of course high fiber. You will be very satisfied if you have these things with all of you snacks/meals

Everyone has a different view on this but I stopped eating my exercise calories when this happened and it got the weight loss going again. I think with a plateau your body is just used to what you are doing. You have to shock your body by changing exercise or eating. In my case both.

When I stopped eating those cals I was loosing more now its leveled out. I'm so confused on what to do. Especially when its late at night like this. I wish there was an easy answer but there really doesnt seem to be one :sad:

I eat pretty much the same thing everyday. But I've found things I like that keep me full oatmeal is one beans is another good example. I love low fat cheese. So I make wraps. SO filling. they say monounsaturated fats like almonds,olive oil, dark chocolate, avocado, etc... But its not helping me much and I try and eat at least 2 a day
