most definetly eat before you get there, something high protien. Next if you know its hard to control yourself dont even start on the unhealthy snacks. Then when you get there stay away from sweets and carbs. You just have to not be too hard on yourself and tell yourself "No" you are in charge

Thats a high goal. Your body can only do so much. If you dont mind me asking how much do you have to loose. The smaller you are the slower the weight comes off as I understand it

I do measure everything. I have never measured myself. I feel like I would need someone else to measure me in order to be accurate. But I will start since I'm eating more and not loosing I need some kind of system. I always go over on protien. How much many mg do you suggest?

This was what I was doing. I know I'm probably freaking out for nothing. But now I just want to find the right number now that I am at the end of my weight loss. Thankfully I've never been into alcohol, sodas, or any of those other extra cal stuff. Just gotta get this eating correct.

Nope I'm actually still obese :( I set my goal really high. I will be overweight when I reach my goal. So I should have no problem loosing these last few lbs to my personal goal. Not BMI related.
