Today is day 2 for me!! Holy smokes does she kick your butt!! My legs are the only part of my body that are sore though...not sure what that is all about but I will keep on pushing threw!! We can do this!!

Like others have mention your lunch break could be a great time to get a mini workout in...even 15 min would help! Also one of me favorite forms of exercise is dancing, wrestling or just playing with the kiddos. Hope you are able to find something that works well for you!

I personally measure the neck, chest, arms, waist & hip. I agree with That Girl, I would talk to your doc and get tested for a UTI. Pressure feeling in the bladder typically indicates a UTI or other infection

I for surely eat my exercise calories and I am trying to eat more filling foods but I still feel just starving especially the days after I do my workouts and I am very good at drinking water (just not good at logging it).

It is possible because when your body gets too hot and cools itself your heart rate increases. Not sure if it would be a whole lot though. Can't wait to see if someone is able to give an answer.

For sure!! I weight myself and measure...I find the measuring to be more motivational because many people shed the inches faster than the pounds!! Do what is going to help you the most!

Way to go on resisting the donuts!! You all should be proud...personally not a huge fan of donuts...but cinnamons rolls that is a different story...my go to food for resisting temptation would probably be a banana or someother sweet fruit!

Well I ended up having a 1/2 cup of frozen yogurt topped with a tbsp of granola!! Very yummy and satisfying!! Was still under by about 200 calories so I was happy!

Thank you all for the great tips!! I normally don't eat less than 3 hours before bed, I am just struggling with food ideas!! I will have to play around with a few of these ideas and see what works. If anyone comes up with a new one please feel free to share!
