Need help with my Polar HRM
I have a Polar HRM and I am having an issue with it...the last few days when I have tried to use it it says that my HR is in the 200's but when I take my pulse myself it is normal range...it hasn't done this before and I have no idea where the manual for it is (have had it for 5+ yrs)...any suggestions?

Eating before bed
I am struggling with things to eat before bed...we typically eat dinner around 5pm and if I am near my calorie goal than I call it a night but if not I usually have something but I know what I have been having is probably not the best choices. Do any of you have any suggestions???
