I had started out doing 30DS like you are suppose to but I have changed to "cheating" as well. I do what I feel like doing on any particular day. I haven't done level 3 at all yet but that is on my to do list for next week. I get bored easily so doing the same thing every day was getting to me but I do enjoy the workouts!

Day 1 Level 2 today!! Skipped Day 10 of Level 1 since I have missed the last few days. Level 2 is crazy but so awesome as well! I feel I did great and kept up rather well! How are the rest of you doing?

Day 7 Level 1 complete! Even got through the first set of pushup doing the "real" ones!! I am curious about that as well. I know that some have said that you should do each level for 10 days but I might go a little longer since I have missed a couple days. I might even try level 2 and see how I do and decide from there.

Those anterior raises are torture!! I found as well that the wider my stance the easier they are! Congrats on completing Day 7!

Day 6 Level 1 completed!! Felt really great today too...much more endurance then day 1! Legs aren't as sore as they had been after the video on the other days so hopefully that is a good sign! How is everyone else doing today?

Sad to say that I did not do day 6 today...my knees were killing me from yesterday. I did do some cardio though on the treadmill for about 15 min with about 5 mins of some good stretching afterwards so I don't feel like a total lazy bum...lol...back on the shred train tomorrow though! Yes you can add more calories on by going to goals and then scroll down click on change goals then custom and you should see were your calories are

Way to go punk_mama!! The idea of stretching a little longer after the workout is a great one!! I also stretched this morning after I got up to see if that will help me throughout the day...but I might still take today off to give my muscles a recovery day.
