Happy Thanksgiving Shirley, glad to see you back 1stPaul. I think it will take less time for you to get the vacation weight off than me. It took me over a month! The sad part was I didn't go over my goal calories and got alot of exercise camping. Just had one meal out at the end. It sounds like your trip was worth the effort.

Mon - Walk - we'll see Yes went for the walk 25 minutes plus a 15 minute earlier walk

Wed - Weight training, no 60 minutes of walking

Fri - walk with my sister from France 60 minutes

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Its our Thanksgiving and dinner was last night. I didn't track.
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? NO, I took yesterday as a Rest Day.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I had my family over for dinner and met my daughter's new
boyfriend.
What would I have done differently? Nothing, already planned on not tracking and enjoying the day.
What are today's personal goals? Healthy choices, drink my water, exercise
Mon - Upper Body lifting 30 min.
Tues - Walking 35 min and house cleaning
Wed - Lower Body lifting 30 min. + 90 min. gardening.
Thurs - Biking 9 miles
Friday- Cardio + Strength 25 min.
Sat - Rest Day

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went on an 18 mile bike ride - Yep! My husband likes to watch football on Sunday's and my daughter spent the afternoon with her father so I went to the bike path in Rhode Island. Last year my husband and I did 12 miles. I haven't been on my bike since. It was so relaxing. I go to the bike path because it is mostly level ground...LOL Heh! 18 miles in 18 miles.

I've been MIA - been on vacation to Savannah and then Folly Beach near Charleston. Great trip! But I ate and drank waaaaayyyyy too much and am having a hard time getting back on track. But I know I will do it soon because the scale is back up to a number I swore I would never see again. Blech!
