    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? NO, busy day shopping and eating out, no tracking.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Probably not
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Looked at cars and blinds for my family room.
    What would I have done differently? Probably tracked it probably wasn't as bad as I thought.
    What are today's personal goals? Healthy choices, drink my water, rest day from exercise.


    Mon - Upper Body lifting 30 min.
    Tues - Biking 12 miles
    Wed - Lower Body lifting w/ ankle weights 30 min.
    Thurs - Pilates 60 min.
    Friday- Upper Body lifting 30 min.
    Sat - Leslie Sasone Walking 2 miles
    Sun- Rest day

    OK! My son decided that he had too much work to do for the Portland Marathon so we stayed home and I think I have some kind of food poisoning. So no 10K walk for me today. I think I am getting better since my water isn't going right through me now.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? I didn't make a specific one but no for my ongoing one
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ate relatively well given the busy day (I was in-charge of a big meeting in the morning)
    What would I have done differently? not eaten whatever made me sick
    What is today's personal goals? exercise 6 days a week, healthy food, water (once I get well)

    Sun- Walked, Turbo Jam "20 Min. Work Out", Traveling Side Lunges
    Mon - Turbo Jam "20 Minute Work Out, Squats, hip/leg exercises, Back exercises including crunches & planks
    Tues - Triceps Extensions
    Wedns. - Back exercises including crunches & planks, 50 dips, Turbo Jam "20 Minute Work Out", Turbo Jam "Ab Jam", hip/leg exercises, Walked for 16 minutes.
    Thurs - Nope
    Fri - Nope
    sat - did a ton of cleaning & lifted and moved lots of boxes that contained papers.

    KeriA: Glad you are feeling. A hard way to take off pounds. :ohwell:

    Took my goal off, too much pressure for me looking at that everyday.:ohwell:
    Have not changed my ticker as yet. Still working at it slow and steady.
    Going on 4 weeks doing lifting now. Feeling stronger but have not
    seen a big change yet. Will continue it as they say as we age it is
    very important to do strength training.

    I took a week off from checking in, but did great with my calorie goals last week. I had strep throat and didn't exercise all week. I'm getting back on track for exercise this week!

    To try and change things up a bit I am adding cardio to my weight lifting days
    and changing my eating pattern a bit to fool my metabolism. See if that
    scale goes down this week. :ohwell:

    Sunshyncat: Glad you are feeling better. A lot of colds are going around now.
    Remember people its cold and flu season and wash those hands. :happy:

    Hello everyone! I haven't logged in here for a bit. I have been doing okay until this last few days and I when I asked myself what has changed, I realized... I was missing this accountability!!! I ate over on Saturday, I ate over last night, I am going to have a difficult time tomorrow when I go out for a "ladies appreciation" dinner with my mother in law, my aunt, and my daughter. Exercise has been mostly non existent. On top of all this, I live in Canada.... which means this weekend is Thanksgiving. I am terrified! If I am having this many issues this early in the season, what am I going to do when Christmas comes? /sigh

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No, hubby and I went out for dinner last night and while I ate well, I only went over by 65.

    jsandie - If you can, look up the restaurant menu online and plan ahead for tomorrow. That always helps me. Some places even list the calories online :)

    Thanks for the idea sunshyncatra, but unfortunately it is a special dinner at a yacht club, with a specific menu planned (I don't know what is being offered) I do tend to look up the menus before I go out for meals but even last night I went to Applebee's and couldn't find the nutritional info on what I order. I was able to approximate what the cals should have been but I don't know how accurate it was. The big pain was that my hubby was so full from dinner he couldn't split dessert with me, so instead I ordered their bite size brownie, thinking that it being so small it wouldn't be THAT bad in cals. OMG!!! 350 cals for a TINY brownie and a TINY scoop of vanilla ice cream.
