    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes on everything but a little over on sodium
    Did I reach today's personal goal? Yep! Checked in!
    What did I do today that I am proud of? Tracked everything.
    What would I have done differently? Not eaten my exercise calories, but at least I HAD them to eat!
    What are tomorrow's personal goals? 15 minutes eliptical

    GW at the end of the Fall 2013 check in Dec. 21st? 185.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes except I didn't exercise 2 days in a row
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't eat all of my dinner when my husband ordered too much and got alot done
    What would I have done differently? exercise
    What is today's personal goals? today was rest, exercise 6 days a week, healthy food, water

    GW at the end of the Fall get as close to 200 as possible

    What is today's personal goals? check in, track everything, stay under and a EMG. My back is feeling much better. Now I need to go check on the pinched nerve in my neck/arm...LOL Wow! It's tough getting old :bigsmile: :noway:

    Goldk - Good luck with the pinched nerve, I had one a few years ago from bone spurs in my neck - it was causing my hand to fall asleep often. They did tons of tests because they thought it might be a bigger problem with my spinal cord - in the end ibuprofen, physical therapy and some neck stretching contraption did the trick. The tests they did ended up being way worse than the pinched nerve. They did a myelogram test where they inject dye in the spinal fluid - and that made me sick for almost a week where I had to be flat on my back or I had horrendous headaches and nausea... that was the worst thing I have ever gone through (including child birth with no pain medications), being basically incapacitated and not knowing when or if I would ever get better. I hope it is much easier for you!

    I know I have a degenerated disk in my neck. I had an MRI back in 2009. The neurologist scheduled another MRI for Monday and follow up appointment on Thursday. Hopefully I'll know soon how to take care of it. He said cardio - elliptical, walking is fine but stay away from yoga and weights until he figures out what's going on.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Played 3 hours of Volleyball Quads, blocked 2 guys at the net
    What would I have done differently? Well, this morning I wouldn't have pressed snooze and completed an early morning workout
    What is today's personal goals? Recovery day, eat what I brough for lunch chicken and salad
    GW at the end of the Summer 2013 check in? 166 as of August 31st, I vowed not to weigh myself the month of September

    Sun- P90X shoulders and arms 52 mins and 34 mins of running
    Mon - 38 mins of Nice Autumn weather Running
    Tues - about 165 mins of Volleyball quads in gymnasium
    Wed - this will be a Recovery Day
    Thurs - I hope to do Arms and either running or jump training
    Fri - possibly legs and back
    Sat - I hope to mow my lawn :-) Go for jog and possibly Shoulders and Triceps

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? NO ended up at Urgent Care with my MIL, didn't finish tracking.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Probably not, but I did get cardio in that day.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Took my MIL to Urgent Care to get her checked out.
    What would I have done differently? Put more money in the meter at Urgent Care, got a ticket. :ohwell:

    What would I have done differently? Only had half a slice of banana bread because it really weighed me down

    With all that has been going with my MIL I did not lose this week but I did not gain.

    What did I do today that I am proud of? Tracked everything. Went ahead and weighed even though hadn't been tracking and I lost weight again this week! Less than 1/2 lb from ONEderland! woohoo!
