    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got to the healthy weight range!!! I started in the obese category, and now I'm "healthy!" I can't believe it myself!
    What would I have done differently? popcorn instead of Oreos... they really weren't satisfying even though I was craving them

    Well ladies, starting Monday I am pulling my ticker back and starting over AGAIN! This week has been
    a disaster with bad choices. Exercise is not a problem I am pretty disciplined and I am retired and
    not working so I don't have an excuse. My eating habits need adjusting so starting next week
    I hope to get on track and we have booked our trip to JAMAICA in April so hubby and myself are
    getting into those bathing suits and looking good. :drinker: No alcohol for a while, no more popcorn
    at the show (which is bad for us anyway) and making some good choices. No eating after dinner
    which is a bad habit my husband and myself have had in the past.
    I say Monday, because we are having our dinner at our sailing club which will be a turkey dinner. Giving Sunday a day
    to ease back into it and Monday will be full throttle.

    Last week was disrupted with a job opportunity that I had to think about but decided not to go for. Just not ready to leave my new job yet. So next week back to exercise everyday and making meals at home. I made a great aquash soup at the beginning opf the week fortunately.

    Yes! Although I'd like to improve my iron intake percentile.

    Run? Beat pr? CHECK

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    I ran 5k nonstop two Sundays in a row. Improved my PR by 2:13 at 36mins.

    What would I have done differently?
    After my run I only did one set of 20 pushups and got lazy. I could definitely have done one or two more sets.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stretch often to recover faster. Do an extra set of each exercise for Chest Day.
