    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Probably not didn't track dinner
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Probably not
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? We took my MIL for a sail
    What would I have done differently? tracked my dinner and finished my day
    What are today's personal goals? Healthy choices, drink my water, Strength training - done

    ON GOING GOAL: GET BACK TO MY TICKER WEIGHT

    Mon - Pilates 60 min + 25 min weights
    Tues - Walking 45 min
    Wed - No exercise
    Thurs - Pilates 60 min
    Friday- Lower Body w/ankle weights 30 min
    Sat - Walking 45 min.
    Sun- Rest day

    Shirley it sounds like your MIL is better.
    Sorry yes I know this isn't a weekly check-in. Just a busy week last week.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? maybe a touch light on calories yesterday
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No for last week as far as exercise and water.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't eat any junk even though I had the calories for it.
    What would I have done differently? exercise
    What is today's personal goals? today was rest, exercise 6 days a week, healthy food, water

    GW at the end of the Fall get as close to 200 as possible

    Sun- Rest day I guess
    Mon - Walk - Yes 120 minutes to prepare for the 10K this weekend
    Tues - Aquafit -
    Wed - Weight training
    Thurs - walk
    Fri - walk/run
    Sat - Aquafit

    What would I have done differently? Not eaten so much! Stuck with my menu plan

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I ran on the tread mill for 18 minutes. Doesn't sound like a lot but for me it really was.
    What would I have done differently? not ate the chocolate donut
    What is today's personal goals? Eat healthy, drink more water.

    I seem to stay within my calorie goals but am still making some unhealthy food choices. Today is only day 3 so I will just weep trying.

    Thanks KeriA yes, she is feeling better. We just have to get a doctor down here where we live.
    She goes back and forth between her house in Northern Ontario to her apartment in Southern
    Ontario. She is 87 years old and I guess things are starting to happen concerning her health.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got my strength training in for the day
    What would I have done differently? Tracked everything like I usually do.

    Tues - Biking 12 miles

    What would I have done differently? made dinner
