Low intensity HIIT sessions? There are loads on YouTube x
-
I'm a part time SAHM (only work two days a week) and have a 4yo son. Feel free to add me x
-
Everything in moderation. I still have three cubes of dark chocolate each evening as a treat as I know that if I don't allow it and work it into my calories for the day then I'll binge big time.
-
Yeah my charge 2 does this too
-
I do HIIT four times a week, stick to 1300 cals days a week and allow myself one cheat day a week x
-
Since the 18th Feb 2010
-
Thanks Dan, I'm also in the U.K. too so will try that! Managed a 38 minute jog in place this morning whilst watching TV
-
Thanks all x
-
Thanks Hun. I'm just not confident enough to run outside.
-
Would you say walking is better than jogging in place then?
-
I'm down 62lb so far and would love to lose another 8lb x
-
Added. I have a holiday in 3 weeks and get married in 10 weeks. Want to lose another 7lb before I get married x
-
I binge eat but presumed it was normal too. Like every Wednesday I literally eat what ever I want to the point I feel sick (but I'm physically not), think I'm just being a pig though lol. Done this for a long as I can remember.

Firstly, you are beautiful. People who talk behind your back without taking the time to know you are simply shallow and not worth your time. Ignore them, head up and get on doing what you want to achieve for yourself, not for anyone else. I've added you as a friend should you wish to accept. We are all here for the same…

Thanks all. I've upped my calories to 1350, lowered my exercise to 'lightly active' and today I tried an 20 minute minute intense hiit followed by a 10 min cycle. Will keep switching up my exercises and food xx
-
Thank you
-
Ok, so I just weighed my yoghurt at exactly 100g and my protein powder at 24g. Accuracy all the way now then?
-
If I weigh something and it's say 137g for example then I round it up to 140g
-
Thank you all x
-
I weigh absolutely everything, even water....!
-
Been losing and gaining the same 2lb since mid feb
-
Changed it to lightly active and 1lb loss gives me 1440 cals so will see how I get on at that doing a 40/40/20 macro
-
I'm set as active, maybe I should change it
-
1.5lb gives me 1470 cals 1lb gives me 1740 cals 0.5lb gives me 1950 cals They all seem really high
-
My calories are still set at losing 1.5lb a week and my macros are set at 35/35/40 (carbs, protein, fat). Think that should change?
-
Guess it's just all down to how I feel, which isn't very nice. I still feel 58lb heavier. I just want the scales to move so I know I'm not putting in all this hard work for nothing.
-
I'm 33 and have 7lb left to lose, feel free too add me x
-
Yup! Holiday in 8 weeks time and I will be wearing a bikini so the tummy has to go!
-
Added. I've lost 59lb so far, would like to lose another 7lb. I'm on everyday, have been for the last 200+ days!
-
Added you Hun. My son is 3.5years now x
