I would personally weight until it's near enough healed. You will will near enough always be moving your waist when you exercise and the last thing you want is to irritate the scabbing. When I had my thigh tattoo done I waited just over a week until the scabbing was tough enough to cope with the movement and sweat! x

Bump! Great thread. Interesting questions and excellent answers! My question is, i'm going away in six weeks and want to look toned and mildly ripped by then. I started PT sessions last week and was a little disheartened that I lost weight but no inches. I know it takes time but do you think I can realistically see results…

I love that programme but it's 'trigger TV' for me and makes me want to binge. Not cool.

I buy Asda frozen chicken breast strips. They are cooked and frozen so all you need to do is ping them in the mircowave for three minutes and you have an instant protein snack.

Why have you decided on this hun? I think it will be OK if you are within your daily allowances, however, I think I would personally miss solid food too much!

I agree. If you find your salads are lacking calories, add some cheese or something along those lines. If your not hungry, you can always measure out some peanut butter and eat that straight from the spoon. Its high in calories and has good fats :)

Helloitsdan said my BMR is 1285 and my TDEE is 1767. We agreed that I should be eating 1950 each day to tone up. I dont want to physically bigger before my holiday in 8 weeks, i want to look toned and tight x

You will lose wright fast eating 800 - 1000 calories a day but that sort of lifestyle isnt sustainable, trust me, been there done that!
