  • Hey, I feel the same ladies, sometimes tracking especially on a cheat day does not get done. I was also on vacation for a week and totally lost track of my daily input even for my workouts. I'm back at work now so, today it was like clock work. I really need to invest in a nutibullet to help me with my veggie intake.…
  • Thanks for this info. I don't have any free sites because I use the xbox and other equipment I have at home when I can't make it to the gym. On demand has workout videos.
  • Hey! Welcome back, slow and steady wins the race. I have two daughters, full-time job and in Grad school so I feel your pain. As long as you don't give up you got this.
  • Hi Trhines, I also count calories and even add what I probably should not be eating. I work out twice a day 6days a week. I do cardio in the afternoon or morning when not at work and circuit training during the evening. I walk a good portion of my days everyday. I just started with weights today. Was a intimidated by the…
  • No, thank you for this. That was just a kick starter but, I love " real food" and know I will go back to it once I reach my goal weight and I between " cheat days." That's why I need to find something and helpful tips that will keep me where I'm at once I lose and get to my goal weigh I just read the link and I think you…
  • I'll look into other meals because my meals are boring and after the third day I'm over it and find myself eating less which doesn't help the process.
  • Thank you, I will try to find new healthy meals to eat that I like instead of planning meals I always eat.
  • Thank you ladies. I'm just now seeing this being that I'm back on trying to make this a life style.
  • How is that done?
  • Hey Ladies! I've used this app on several attempts at staying on track and keeping up with what works and have always fell short. I've reached my goal on time and didn't stick with it because I didn't lose it the right way. I basically cleansed through it all as opposed to cleansing for the first couple of days. Anyhow,…
  • Hey, I'm on my 9th day of doing this diet. Surprisingly I been thinking about sweets but not craving them. I have lost weight but I have also been working out everyday as well.
  • 3 years of maintaining weight loss. I am proud of you. The longest I've gone was 8months and that was only 30lbs. I need to add you for motivation, as I am on my 100th time doing this as an adult and I can't seem to win.
  • What an amazing story and amazing results. I lack motivation once I lose 20lbs, which is probably why I gain it all back and some. I'm trying once again because after I reach 220lbs my body starts to feel like I am killing it. This is def motivation thou and helps me to remember that is is a process not a quick fix.
