so, today I didn't have much of an appetite but I also find myself eating the same things and not enjoying food enough to maintain the amount of calories my body really needs. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    You just have to change it up you're gonna get tired of eating the same things plus your stomach will shrink so you won't eat as much. Don't let your body get into starvation mode just keep incorporating new things into your diet or eat smaller portions of satisfying meals

    Thank you, I will try to find new healthy meals to eat that I like instead of planning meals I always eat.

    It gets old and boring I've done it before look up recipes online it helps and I think this site has some too

    I'll look into other meals because my meals are boring and after the third day I'm over it and find myself eating less which doesn't help the process.
