Hi Nate. I started lifting heavy about three weeks ago. Do I have to up my calorie intake on days I lift heavy? Right now I'm eating 1460 on days I don't work out and about half my cardio calories when I do work out but not factoring lifting. Thanks!

Hmmm, I guess I'm still confused because I do keep my heart rate around 155 while on each of the machines (except when I'm walking for warmup). Am I still burning more on a certain machine?
