If I workout on the treadmill for 15 mins, the elliptical for 15 mins, and the bike for 15 mins and maintain a heart rate at 150-160 on all three machines am I burning the same amount of calories on each machine? I guess I'm wondering why "people" say that…
feel GUILTY when they eat anything, whether it is grilled chicken and roasted vegatables or even fruit? I have this problem that even if I eat light and healthy I feel guilty, like I shouldn't have eaten it or I ate too much. I know it's ridiculous but it's an underlying feeling. Does anyone else feel this way?
where I can't wait to wake up so that I can eat again. Why are some days so easy to stay within your calories and other days it is so difficult? Going to bed "hungry" tonight. I realize it's more mental than physical hunger.
