  • Well not really once. I had a 2.2 weight gain and another 2 the following week and then this. So on July 20th I weighed 187.2 and yesterday 192.4. That's 5.2 lbs in 3 weeks. Not TOM either.

  • About an hour and 20 mins. 2 warm up sets for the big exercises (bench, squat, etc). 5 working sets. Right now I'm doing 2 min rest sets because I'm putting up Pr's for me for some exercises(curled Barbell 55...for 3 sets of 8...I need 2 mins recovery there).   • No. I awl outside only once a week and early. Usuall in in the treadmill in the ac. It has been humid. But my clothes don't fit and I am visibly bigger so some of it is fat gain anyway. I know that. You think I should stay at 2800 another week or walk it back to 2600?

  • Ah. Ok. So maybe the underestimating on things like lifting and afterburn from lifting and the over estimating from cardio et al will balance out here. I'll let you know my findings after a good month or 2 of data.
