Is there any on what to expect when you just jump right to expected TDEE and how long to stay at first guess and rebound weight gain before true weight gain comes into play? Fitbit adjustments...again
So my fitbit (flex) is set to customized (based on using it for a year) and medium loss (1lb a week). MFP is set to 1 lb a week and lightly active (most days I reach 10k without added exercise). Example yesterday was Original MFP cal target 1700. Fitbit adjustment was 401 cals. So I should be able to eat 2101 and lose 1lb…

Week off?
Has anyone ever taken a week off from tracking just to eat intuitively before the increase week? Just thinking it might be helpful to me to let it all go for a week. It's been so stressful and controlled.

100 daily or 100 weekly?
So from 1200 1st week 1300 every day 2nd week 1400 every day 3rd week 1500 every day ?? OR 15 lbs daily week 1 for 100 that week 1215 then 1230 1245 Thanks...may be dumb question

Down a lot but stuck
So I lost 70 lbs...and have maintained that weight for a year (actually fluctuating 10 lbs up and down). And I'm stuck. I'm 187 ish this morning (weigh in coming) and I need to get to 135 (ish).
