Additionally...if I take 5.8 as the number.....6x3500=21,000/12=1750/7=250 surplus per day. Avg cals eaten 2639-250=2389 actual TDEE. So 2389-15% deficit =2030. Which would put be in line with 2k that I think. More data is the only way to tell.

It may be hard to pick just one in your case. You'll have to adjust up or down based on your activity for that week. There really isn't an easy way to do it. If you fluctuate a lot, you'll have to adjust eating based on that. What do the calculators say for you for both scenarios?

Ya. Sunday is a rest day for me so Mondays are good. Weds are lowest (Monday is a lift and Tuesday is cardio so I'm sure it's because I've shed water weight). But it's always the same day over time so it's all good.

I do strong curves at home but I have a home gym....Squat cage, bench, 3 barbells, tons of plates, dumbbells, pull up bar, treadmill, bands. I make it all work with that. They have a home workout section in the book with almost no supplies needed and is killer, from what I hear. Really great for glute activation work.

Monday was strong curves A day week 5 (so first workout of this 5-8 cycle but all exercises I've done before. Tuesday was walking as usual. This morning B day strong curves... I don't think they are more intense but maybe I'm putting in more effort.....I swear I could be an experiment. LOL.

Same workouts. 3 days strong curves (just finished week 4 was doing ICF before 3xs a week so about the same). Cardio is always 3 Xs. Week. 1 hour LISS.
