I am from Ontario as well and share your dislike for winter :( I also have mobility issues in the cold due to arthritis problems. I have just gotten back on the bandwagon after previously using MFP to lose over 50 lbs. and would love to have more friends to help me keep on track. Feel free to send me a request !

I have dark hair as well. There are now some great dry shampoo's that are clear and don't leave behind a white residue. I know Bumble & Bumble makes one and I have used one by Oscar Biondi. I have a rescue too, she's a rottweiler golden lab mix. She is my baby and I love her to pieces. Unfortunately she is old and can't walk or run with me anymore :(

I've lost 50lbs. and I went from a 40 DD to a 34 C. Luckily no droopy- boob effect here! I also had a difficult time previously finding bras that fit properly because I had more of a teardrop shape, but that has changed now too and it is so much less frustrating going bra shopping now, Yay!
