I am 5'8 and have been losing from 1-2 pounds per week. My goal is to lose all 100 pounds in 1.5 - 2 years from my starting date. As much as I would like to lose it all in a year, time is a factor to avoid loose skin. I am 25 years of age.

I have heard of this and plan on doing strength training along with my calorie deficit and cardio. Is 100 pounds significant enough loss to cause loose skin?
