to get rid of my back rolls!!! and weight-wise, my 1st mini goal is to get to 300 (I'm at 307 right now, started at 319).8

My mini goal is to get into the 130's. I'm at 140.6 this morning. So close.7

I completed my first mini-goals....lose 50 and get to onederland. My next mini-goal is to lose 18 more pounds which will get me to half the total weight I want to lose. (I want to lose 136 total)4

I am lean and just went through a quick bulking period. Now I am doing a 21 day shred inspired by Jill Dunn Fit. More weights, less cardio, strict nutrition plan. I began the plan yesterday. 21 days from now I plan on being ripped and shredded!4

yesterday I took my old clothes and put them in decreasing order. So every time I fit in one of them, I still have another mini-goal: to fit in the next one

Going home in two weeks, haven't seen family and friends in a couple years! Good motivation to push extra hard for the next couple weeks.5

To feel comfortable in my white jeans. They are still a bit too tight!!!4

I am so close (1 pound away!) from being under 300 pounds for the first time since April 2015.11

To reach my initial goal weight of 140 lbs. Currently 155.8; SW 240 lbs. Feels close and yet quite far considering how much the losses slow when you get to this point!8

Lose my second set of 10 pounds with 10 sets total. I am sitting at just under 14 pounds lost and about 6 more to go. Eventually, I will be 100 pounds down Determined.8

my first mini goal was a pedicure at 219. i'm 218.8 today so i will be booking a pedicure for saturday morning if i'm 218.8 or less again tomorrow!
mine are set up every 5lbs with a bigger one at 199 and 169, my current overall goal weight.5 -
Really want to hit the 75 pound mark. Right now I'm at 72.5 lbs down. The next goal would be get under 160 lbs. Haven't been in that territory in 28 years!!5

To get down to 164 pounds by the end of this month. That will get me into the "overweight" category AND be my 4th mini goal reached (10 more pounds lost) totalling 40 pounds lost! I'm at 167.5 now6

My mini goal is really 3 goals in quick succession which I want out of the way by September. I am at 200.8lbs so first goal is onederland, second goal to get out of the obese class (197) goal three to get to 50 lbs lost (195.5). I am trying to think of a reward for this triple milestone.
Dipped my toe into onederland, was 199.6 this morning. I know enough about my body not to declare I am really there until I see it a few more times, but pretty psyched.12 -

To be solidly under 135 lbs, which would have me at about 10 more to go. Blows my mind! I'm having great NSVs the last couple of weeks, but weight fluctuates a couple lbs around the 140/138 mark. Want to get down under 135 -- and to keep having that number go down some more after that!!5

Getting rid of the mini butt that lives between my thigh and my actual butt.12

Love all these goals, the focus from everyone is great. My immediate goal is get under 200, I'm hovering at 200.5-201 the last couple days. Then I'm chasing down 195.5, as my end goal for a challenge group I am in to lose 55lbs by September 1st.6

To record the details of my strengh training at the gym...there is a note function on the app that works great for this and when I remember to use it... i appreciate looking back to see what I did the day before or whatever. Helps me to change things up for myself5
