I've never lost more than 20, but this time is different, im so motivated and focused, and i've lost 40 lbs in 90 days! so I know I can do this.
Way to go!!! This time, make it about YOU and YOUR health. Clear your life of time wasters (TV and surfing the Internet come to mind) and use that time to create a new you......prepping food or exercising. You got this!!!!2 -
I have been coasting and staying 160-159 for most of the month. But that's ok as it is the lowest I have been for about 7 years.
Think I'll stop between 140 and 150 which gets me into healthy BMI.
I was not heavy until I hit 40 so losing weight is making me feel younger again.3 -
I got the happy scale app, and it breaks down my goal weight into ten chunks. I'm working on the second chunk.3

Mini goals are really helping me. Originally I wanted to be under 200 for my 69th birthday today. When it became apparent that I would exceed that goal, I set 197 as a goal because that would be a 90 lb loss. I am averaging 195 so I exceeded that goal. So my next goal is 189.9. I will try to reach that by Sept 30.14

I am 12.6 pounds from the 100 pounds lost mark. I really don't know what I am doing but the fiancee is giving me some money in November to go get new clothes, make up and my hair and nails done. So hopefully I will have my 100 pound mark done by then.9

First goal: BFs sister is getting married in October and I would like to be down a dress size by the end of September when I got to pick out my wedding outfit.
Second goal: this sounds pathetic, but one of the happiest times of my life was when I weighed about 230 to 200. I would love to get back there (and to get back into the clothes I wore then!) About 25 pounds until I can reach that goal.3 -
6 lbs to healthy BMI. I started in Obese.10

Great start so far! Another 44lbs in 2.5 months is a pretty lofty goal - make sure to stay healthy, and eat enough while losing weight. Don't burn yourself out going after a timeframe, it's not worth it.

We are going to beautiful Barcelona in three weeks' time and I intend to have lost 6 pounds between now and then.7

Another 3 lbs and I'll make it to 124. Haven't decided how to treat myself

To be under 160lbs. I'm 163.6 right now, but haven't been under 160 since before I got pregnant with my son nearly 3 years ago now.7

Not being considered morbidly obese, about 3 lbs away!19
