Then onederland that will be no longer obese and the first time I've seen that number since high school !11 -

My mini goal - which is closer than its been in years-- to get below 200.
I started at 239.7, and now am at 202.6.
I am almost there.21 -
Hitting Onederland - 2.7 pounds to go! Getting back on track after vacation!15

My mini goal is to fit into large tops and size 36" jeans, before my holiday in UK.4

I have a pair of size 6 shorts up on my wall... they're so cute, I'm gonna look super fab in them. I can technically fit into them, but I look like I have the world's biggest muffin top when I do, and it's hard to breathe! Haha
But that's my mini-goal.6 -
My goal is fitting into a XXL tshirt I bought in DisneyLand Paris last week... didn't realise the sizes were quite that much smaller across the channel!5

My mini goal is really 3 goals in quick succession which I want out of the way by September. I am at 200.8lbs so first goal is onederland, second goal to get out of the obese class (197) goal three to get to 50 lbs lost (195.5). I am trying to think of a reward for this triple milestone.
I have completed my 3-mini goals by hitting 50 lbs lost. The fact it happened last day of the month makes it sweeter.
Next mini goal, into the 180s by October. 5 lbs so shouldn't be too hard.7 -
While I have numeric goals one thing i realized today I'm working toward is being able to run without my shorts rising up so badly. It makes running even less desirable when ya gotta pull your shorts down every few steps cause your chubby legs made them rise up.6

To lose these LAST five pounds.. Can't go ANY lower!!
To lift HEAVY (I've BEEN lifting my body weight for a while) three days a week no matter WHAT! I purchased an Olympic bar and weights for the house. I'll use these until I max out the weights...
I know that it's difficult gaining any muscle in a deficit, but I hope that my falling into the "newby" category, allows for some growth... I'll at least continue to preserve my present muscles.5 -
I've lost 13.5 pounds in 6 weeks, gone down 1 size am toning my body with Tabata workouts. My current mini goal is another 7 pounds.4

My mini goal is to make it through my first week. One more day.11

I have not been buying clothes outside of athletic gear this year. I've been altering my current clothes due to weight loss. My first 50 lbs, I bought a pair of my favorite jeans. I am 10 lbs from 100 lbs weight loss. So I will treat myself to a fitbit and another pair of jeans. My gma promised a new starter wardrobe after I reached my goal. But my biggest motivator is me.22

138.8 this morning, so my first mini goal has been achieved. Feels good. I want to lose a few more but I'm switching my focus to cardio now. My next mini goal is to run 5k. It doesn't need to be at an event, on my treadmill is fine, but I am recommitting to C25K.
Btw, I love the positivity in this thread! Very inspirational.7 -
Right now, I'd like to get to 82kg before I go to the US end of the month...that's 5kg left to lose. That would also put me back into the healthy BMI range.
When I actually think my first goal was to get to 85kg... I'm happy that I don't want to stop there now !5 -
My last goals were to lose the weight of my children, one by one. My heaviest child (my son) weighs 129lbs and I've now lost 132lbs.
My next goal is to lose another 10.5lbs - at this point I will have lost half of my original starting weight (started at 285lbs).
The goal after that will be to lose another 0.5lbs - at that point I will have lost more than I will actually weigh (but only by half a pound).
Then I guess it's just keep going until I hit the big goal (36lbs from now).
Scary thoughts, but very exciting17 -
two see two digits number on the scale!3

get below 190. it will require some effort which is why it hasn't happened. It would help if I could cut the junk again and the mindless munching.4
-
To run my 5K at the end of September in 45 minutes or less. God, I'm still so slow. lol3
-
I just hit my goal of 175. My next mini goal is to hit 150. I'm hoping by Christmas!6
-
to keep true to myself this weekend! I WANT a loss on my weigh in Monday.4
-
I am 6 pounds from 300, and 7 pounds away from my first goal of 299 (because I honestly can't remember the last time I weighed less than 300 pounds).26
-
Just fitting into clothes that I haven't fit into for about two years!! Plus, Christmas. I have vowed if I can lose about 30 pounds by then, I'd buy myself a new outfit!!10
-
Almost at my highschool weight! Haven't been there in 21 years...9 lbs to go.
Although, lifting may make me change my goal weight as I put on muscle mass.13 -
My motivation is that I want my wedding ring to fit again! So far so good for now.9
-
Now that I have started logging, my mini goal is to keep going with that and exercise, and see what I weigh and what fitness level I will be by the end of this year. It's exciting really!5

To be the same size/smaller than my older sister. Maybe it seems petty, but for most of our adolescence I was the bigger one and she held it over my head all the time. Now we're close to the same size and soon I'll be the smaller one. I won't say anything about it, but it sure will feel good.13
