  • I agree with mRoss - weight training is the way to go. If your looking at Beach Body products, Chalene Extreme is A+ for starting out, otherwise you might try StrongLifts 5x5. There is even an app for that!

I actually did a 25 min jog on the treadmill Sunday, then hopped on the elliptical for another 5 (not the biggest fan) finishing with a 10 min spin. Felt pretty good. Yesterday was Body Beast Build Chest and Triceps Today was Body Beast Build Legs.

  • Hi and welcome! Quite a few use the calculator only to give them their UD number. As for DD's, most keep it to 500 or less. Regardless, you do not want to eat lower than an average of 1200 a day. (8400 calories) You want the calorie range to be extreme so your metabolic rate burns hot even on DD's. Keeps the body guessing…

  • I think Varady's remark hit spot on. You gotta do what works for you. I know some that eat first thing (to revive the metabolism) others wait till evening (sipping fluids all day). I personally tried NOT to eat until I HAD too.
