I have been a vegetarian since basically birth and never ate a lot of dairy anyways except weekend pizza's and such but after realizing how bad dairy cows were treated it really upset me so I have trouble with dairy now!! :/

I actually do eat a lot of olives some days but they really don't have enough fat to bring me over that many grams in a day!!
-
Nah I don't use " low quality" olive oil my family actually gets it shipped from our family in Italy!!! I think I will try adding raw nuts into my diet!! I sometimes tend to avoid them because they send me over my calories really easily without actually being too filling!
-
Well I dont eat dairy! so no fat from there! And Avocado's and olive oil hate my stomach They give me horrible acid and acid indigestion! I've literally lived on a low fat diet since birth but only stopped eating dairy the past few years so I am worried about my fat grams have really dropped and are just too low!
-
I used to have the problem all during my teenage years...i thought it was normal... but turns out i was not eating enough which cleared the problem...Also try a probiotic like shiff digestive advantage!
-
I eat 0 refined sugar and heck barely ever even eat raw sugar.. the only sugar I eat is from veggies and fruit yet I always go over my mfp sugar allotment by basically eating an apple!
-
it wont hurt you and is in no way bad for you but I don't know if you would get as much of a nutritional value because of the V8 processing many of the nutrients from the veggies might have been destroyed during the processing!?? If you like it drink it but I wouldn't rely on it as a source of veggies alone!

Agree!! as a vegetarian and with Low iron running in my family I rose my levels by adding beans to my diet!
-
Be careful with tannins....my iron was really low and it was because I was drinking too much Tea and coffee with my high iron meals! At night before bed I use those purabsorb iron packets in water with some lemon for vitamin c for better absorption!
-
My favorite Vegetarian Chi Thai restaurant....then I realized all the different types of Szechuan tofu, hunan, kung po tofu were deep fried and covered in sugar and the veggies and rice noodles I loved were probably cooked in something unhealthy as well :(
-
the "paleo" diet is anthropologically incorrect anyways
-
I honestly would rather use those 120 - 130 calories for 2 tbsps of coconut oil for something like a large apple or yogurt with berries all for that same calorie range that will actuall give me energy and keep me full
-
Genuine health Vegan proteins is made from pea and sweet potato protein!

It depends on the type of soy. I was raised a vegetarian and have been eating tofu and soy since birth and I'm fine...and actually really darn healthy
