  • Blueberry / Banana / Peanut Butter and 1% Milk Smoothie! So good!! And i had an egg (over easy) before i left the house. This awesome breakfast usually keeps me full until about 11 am!
  • I'll second that!! You're doing it for you, not your spectators! Just go out there knowing that! And when you push yourself, it is for YOU, and when you can go farther after a couple weeks of training...it was all because of you!! It's very liberating! (and I have just started! Can't wait to be able to do a 5K!!)
