I freeze mine all the time. They look horrible if you have them in there very long but they still work and it makes it better then using Ice.

What type of "standby" stuff do you normally make? That will give us something to go off of. You might also look in the recipes section of the forums. :)

Also if it is something like BBQ and you are using it for chicken breast, then look in the foods for BBQ grilled chicken breast... It's already there for some things.

Victoria secrets does not sell big sizes. Doubling up doesn't work on me. However, I wear a normal bra with a sports bra over it and sometimes too. The sports bra I get is usually a size too small so that it adds the tightness to help hold.

I am by no means an expert...however, you should be eating your calories that you burn. If you put in your food and exercise in MFP then your calories will be adjusted.
