So i have 1414 calories remaining for today and a ( -net 246 ) Is this good or bad ??

Please don't give up , i find going on the treadmill is my way of blowing stress off . I do around 45mins and feel great after each workout . Weather its raining or snowing you still get to work off as much as you like .
