  • Jillian Michaels is the best for at home workouts!! I love her videos! I have the Jillian MIchaels yoga meltdown video, I do it every morning and even sometimes at night. Its the perfect video for me to pump me up to want to go workout some more at the gym!
  • I haven't yet tried the vanilla but I drink the total lean swiss chocolate and love it! I drink my lean shakes in the morning for breakfast with and instead of water I use Silk milk then I have another shake after my workout (around lunch time). The shake are perfectly filling and quick and easy =)
  • First of all congrats so far on your weight loss!!!! I'm assuming your body has hit a plateau, so my suggestion that has always worked for me is to switch up you exercise routine...by possibly doing more free weight workouts, maybe try a new class, workout outdoors or even just add more resistance when you are doing cardio…
