HELP!

So I am rather new to MFP but I have been trying to lose weight since the beginning of the year. I have lost about 36 pounds so far, but in the last week or so my weight loss seems to have really slowed down. Any suggestions for what I can do to help speed my weight loss back up? Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!

First of all congrats so far on your weight loss!!!! I'm assuming your body has hit a plateau, so my suggestion that has always worked for me is to switch up you exercise routine...by possibly doing more free weight workouts, maybe try a new class, workout outdoors or even just add more resistance when you are doing cardio on a machine0

It will slow down Plateaus are totally normal and part of the process ...you may even go 1-3 weeks with no loss..just stick with it0
