I've made a cabbage and cheese quesadilla before, it was pretty awesome actually. Saute the cabbage with salt and pepper, then put into a tortilla with cheese and heat it up in the pan. Eat it with a little sour cream and salsa, delicious!

My goal is 1450cal a day. I actually don't mind most veggies, maybe it's just a habit of smothering them with sauce or spices that is my problem. My best advice would be to google recipes for a while! Visit some blogs like www.Skinnytaste.com and find recipes that look appealing. I guarantee you can find so delicious meals to replace the junk that you are craving! You can do it gradually, like switching to diet soda, or low fat ice cream, etc. and watch your portion…

Aspartame was originally manufactured as a pesticide, did you know you can dump a packet of artificial sweetener where there are ants (like sugar ants in your home) and it can help get rid of them?
