Sausage Pancake Breakfast Cupcakes

This is so amazing, and it tastes so good (:
Mix pancake mix as directed and add cooked sausage crumbles. Spray mini muffin tin with Pam and full with pancake batter. Sprinkle the extra sausage on top and bake at 350 for 13 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with butter and syrup. Enjoy these delicious bites!
It's going to take a little longer than 13 minutes, it took me about 15-20 minutes to make these & i used way to much pancake batter than what i needed i used 4 cups and you could probably only need about 2 for 12 cupcakes (:

My kids loved these. I actually added protein powder to it and used bacon with some syrup in the mix.
Also did it with sliced banana and mini chocolate chips (no syrup).0 -

your welcome, i ate them over the course of the week. just wrap them in paper towel and nook in the microwave for about 30 seconds so much yumminess.0 -
