Same here. The first couple of weeks I didn't lose much, but once I started measuring what I eat and doing the above, I've been losing about 2 pounds a week. No HRM. I think I'll save the $ and put it towards rewarding myself when I hit my goal.

Have you heard of the Moosewood Restaurant recipe book series? They're vegetarian/pescatarian (sp?) and the recipes are easy and delicious! At 5'4'' and 116 pounds, you are at the low end of a healthy body mass index. As Torsaer said, your target weight would put you at underweight! Perhaps you don't need to be losing weight, but toning instead.
