It can motivate me, but it has also depressed me some when I haven't lost or even worse, gained! Then I am embarrassed to have it on my profile and ashamed that I have failed. So good and bad for me!

It is interesting, isn't it? I've always been a "people watcher". I can sit in a food court at the mall for hours just observing. Let's see: 1. No seatbelts 2. I'd always get a sip of my dad's Hi-Ball (he only had them 3-4 times a year!) 3. There was actually a discipline paddle! (But I only got it a couple of times) Other than that, they were pretty stright-up good parents!

I think most people on here are referring to the HCG drops which are not HCG at all, they are HCG stimulators and are mostly Vitamin B12, Amino Acids, etc.... They can be harmful, in large doses and a 500 calorie per day diet, but the real HCG, Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin, is a naturally occuring hormone during pregnancy…
