Does Driving Actually Burn Calories?
I've seen where people have added calories burned from driving and it is even in the Cardiovascular Exercise database. Do you really burn calories driving? I have a long day trip tomorrow (about 7 hours to destination) and wonder if I'll actually burn while driving. Opinions? Fact? Fiction? Thanks!

How many people love a beautiful sunrise? How many love it but are never up early enough to see one? I love a beautiful, quiet morning and the sunrise but I'm normally at the gym or in the shower at the time. This morning I'm going to sit on my deck and enjoy one! But I'm up super early and still have 2 hours to go!

Don't you hate it when.....?
Your on the treadmill, elliptical, arc trainer or really anywhere in the gym and someone just lets one rip next to you like nothing happened? No excuse me or anything! I mean I'm sure we all have had one slip out while doing abs, etc.. but at least be civil and excuse yourself! What else really annoys you at the gym?

Getting Back on Track
Tomorrow I MUST get back on track. Did sooooooo well before I went to a wedding in mid-November and then it was downhill from then on. With Thanksgiving and pre-holiday get togethers, Christmas, vacation and New Years, I've made all the excuses for not eating well. ENOUGH! I WILL get back on the program tomorrow!

Alternative Low Calorie/Fat Toppings for a Baked Potato
I sometimes use a low-fat or fat free sour cream when at home. But what do you do when out and all they have for options are butter, regular sour cream, etc.... I've used low calorie, low fat dressings but those too are sometimes hard to find at restaurants.... Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!
