  • 15lbs by Aug would be a great start for me. I have never done a challenge before, so I am hoping this will motivate me to keep going.
  • I work as a PT and see this often. Generally with this problem people are weak in their glut medius and maximus muscles, as well as tight in their IT bands. You could look up strengthening and stretching exercises for these areas and see if that helps.
